Living intuitively from your authentic Self

Studio Intuitie isnā€™t called Studio Intuitie for nothing! šŸ˜Š My mission on this earth revolves entirely around intuitionā€”helping as many people as possible to live intuitively, deeply connected to their authentic selves.
I do this by working with dreams, mindfulness, and Reiki.

Clearing the path to your Intuition

To connect with your intuition, some declutteringĀ is often needed. Overthinking and being stuck in your head create staticĀ in your connection. Negative emotions, past experiences, and limiting beliefs can also block the energetic flow needed to make clear contact with your intuition.
Through Reiki and Mindfulness, you can release what no longer serves you, allowing the connection between you and your inner compass to grow stronger.
You can start practicing intuition at any moment, especially when you need to make aligned choicesā€”decisions that come from a deep connection with your authentic self.

3 Exercises to make intuitive decisions

Besides dream analysis, there are other ways to connect directly with your intuition. Here are three techniques you can try:
1. Ask yourself a question in silence
A simple way to calm your mind and gain clarity.
  • Find a quiet place where you wonā€™t be disturbed.
  • Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
  • Let your attention settle on your breath, allowing thoughts to drift by without engaging with them.
  • Once you feel relaxed, silently ask yourself the question about the decision you need to make.
  • Pay attention to your bodyā€™s reactionā€”do you feel tension or ease when thinking about certain options? Which choice brings a sense of calm and certainty?
  • Open your eyes and write down what came to mind, without analyzing or judging it.
2. Stand on your options
A physical way to intuitively feelĀ your options.
  • Take small pieces of paper and write one choice on each.
  • Place them face downĀ in different spots around the room, so you donā€™t know which option is where.
  • Stand on each piece of paper, one at a time, and notice how your body reacts.
  • Which spot gives you a sense of calm, happiness, or a pull toward it?
  • Flip over the paper where you felt the most positive sensations. How does reading the option make you feel? Does it still feel right?
3. Do a visualization
A guided way to explore how each choice feels.
  • Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
  • Take a few deep breaths to relax.
  • VisualizeĀ yourself choosing one of the options. Imagine the situation in detail:
    • How do you feel?
    • How do others react?
    • What are the consequences?
  • Notice the emotions that ariseā€”do you feel joy, peace, fear, or doubt?
  • Repeat the same visualization for the other choice(s).
  • Compare the feelings each scenario evokes.
  • Write down your insightsā€”did one choice give you a gentle nudge or spark of excitementĀ in your heart?

Strengthening your intuition

Developing your intuitive abilities can help you make better decisions. By practicing these exercises regularly, youā€™ll tune in to your inner voiceĀ and trust your intuition more. Try these techniques and see which works best for you!
But if you feel blockedĀ or disconnected from your authentic self, it may be time to explore Reiki or Mindfulness.
Or start paying close attention to your dreams. Your subconscious uses dreamsĀ to guide you. Sometimes, the best choice is already being revealed to you while you sleep!
